Directions:
For steam inhalation: Add 2 to 5 drops of Inhalade in half litre of steaming water and inhale deeply and freely for 10 minutes.
For direct inhalation: Sprinkle few drops of Inhalade on handkerchief or paper napkin and inhale deeply and freely.
